Dock (v2.0.2 is demonstrated) is one of the best tweaks available in Cydia. It essentially replaces the standard multitasking bar available on iOS 4 and later. You can download it from the Cydia store for .99USD with a free 3 day trial. The video will demonstrate all of the settings that are available for the app as well as demonstrating the tweak in use.
